| This luxury hotel was built in 1974 and renovated in 2005. It offers a total of 176 rooms spread over 6 floors, of which 15 are single rooms, 148 are double rooms and 13 are suites. Amongst the facilities count a stylish foyer with a lift, a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange facility, a cloakroom, a conference room with a public Internet terminal. In addition, there is a cosy café, a bar, shops, a hairdresser's salon and an air-conditioned restaurant with non-smoking area and highchairs for infants. Additional facilities include room and laundry services as well as bicycle rental. Outside of the hotel, there is are car parking facilities as well as a playground for younger guests. |

The hotel is located directly beside the beautiful long sandy beach of San Juan. The complex has a garden approximately 8,000 m² in size with over 200 palm trees and marvellous views out over the sea. The centre of Alicante is 6 km away (free hotel shuttle bus service) and the nearest golf course is some 9 km away. Public transport departs from stops located directly in front of the hotel; the international airport is just 30 minutes away by hotel transfer service.

The pleasantly decorated rooms have en suite bathrooms with a shower and hairdryer. They come equipped with a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a radio, Internet access, a minibar and a fridge. All rooms are tiled and fitted with central heating, a safe as well as a balcony.

Guests may select their breakfast, midday and evening meals from an ample buffet. The midday and evening meal may be ordered à la carte. Special dietary requirements, as well as individual-specific menus, may be catered to. It is also possible to book a half board or full board stay.

There is an indoor swimming pool, a pool with sun loungers and parasols, a pool bar, solarium, gym and a seasonally varying entertainment programme.
