| Description of the Alcazaba Mar Hotel |
| Opened in 2006, this fully air-conditioned club resort comprises a total of 212 rooms spread over 3 floors, of which 12 are suites. The pleasant lobby includes a 24-hour reception desk, a hotel safe, a currency exchange counter and two lifts with indoor and outdoor views respectively. Guests are also offered a newspaper kiosk and a shop at the lobby. Culinary options include a cosy bar, a café and an elegant, air-conditioned restaurant where breakfast, lunch and dinner are served (Guests must be well-dressed). There is also a \"chiringuito\" at the swimming pool area opened only in high season for lunch and dinner service (book your seat in advance everyday once you are there).From 10h to 18h this \"chiringuito\" works like a bar for All Inclusive service. In addition, there is Internet access at the hall of the hotel with charge. Younger guests may let off steam in the playground and participate in the kids' club activities. |

This attractive club resort is located right by a golf course and only 300 m from the sandy beach. Cabo de Gata nature park is also in the vicinity, around 15 km away. The desert of Desierto de Tabernas is around 40 km from the hotel and Almería's sightseeing attractions are roughly 10 km from the hotel.

Guests may select their breakfast and midday meal from an ample buffet. The hotel only provides all-inclusive stay.

There are 2 swimming pools: one with loungers and parasols for you to relax, and another one, sportive, with entertainment staffm, in high season where you can play waterpolo, watervolley, etc in the water, and a small pool for children (with no supervisor). The most sportive guests can practise (with entertainment staff) winsurf and kayak (only in high season and depending on the weather in the sea). Moreover, there is an entertainment programme for children on a regular basis. The hotel can provide exclussive discounts for guests to play at Alboran Golf Course (you can go there walking)
