| Opened in 1992 and renovated in 2003, this hotel comprises a total of 224 apartments spread over 7 floors. A glass foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, lifts and hotel safes await guests upon arrival. Guests may chose to dine in the air-conditioned à la carte restaurant (highchairs for infants provided and a non smoking area available) or enjoy a drink in the café or bar. Further facilities include shops, a hairdressing salon, a TV room, a games room and a public Internet terminal. Additionally, a laundry service is offered as well as a kids club and a children's play ground for younger guests. Guests may additionally park their cars in the car park or the garage. |

The immediate vicinity offers a diverse range of shopping facilities, bars and restaurants as well as links to the public transport (around 100 m away). The pleasing apartments ( 45 up to 70 square metres) are air-conditioned and include an en suite bathroom, a direct dial telephone, a satellite TV, and a kitchenette , a fridge, a combined living/bedroom, one or two separate bedrooms (king-size bed ), central heating, a rent safe, cleaning and towels change dialy are also standard features in all rooms.The terrace´s surface is eleven up to twenty square metres. Guests are offered buffets for breakfast, lunch and evening meals. Lunch and dinner may also be taken à la carte and lunch can alternatively be chosen from a set menu. Special dietary requirements are also catered for and requested dishes can be prepared. Furthermore, it is possible to book a half-board stay.

The outdoor complex offers a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use and a pool/ snack bar. An indoor pool is also on offer with sauna, a steam room and gym facilities. A massage service may also provide guests with some well-needed relaxation. Sports options include aerobics, table tennis, beach volleyball and bocce. Tennis and billiards can also be played here at an extra charge. A seasonal entertainment programme provides variation for guests and the nearest golf course is just 500 m away.
