| Description of the Catedral Hotel |
| This modern and air-conditioned hotel was renovated in 2005 and comprises a total of 16 rooms spread over 5 floors. Guests are welcomed in the foyer with lift access, hotel safes, a currency exchange desk, a cloakroom and a 24-hour reception. Facilities here include a café, a TV room, a breakfast room and 'La Catedral' restaurant, where all guests can discover specialities of national cuisine and from the Mediterranean (highchairs available for children). Business guests may make use of the various function rooms for conferences and meetings, which have a maximum capacity of up to 150 persons, and all guests may take advantage of the public Internet access and WLAN access point. In addition, it is possible to take advantage of the laundry and room services as well as the launderette facility and there is a parking for those guests arriving by car. |

This hotel lies in the commercial and historic centre of Almeria. A highly charming establishment, it occupies a building, which was ornamented in the Mannerist style in 1850. Visitors will reach a magnificent sandy beach in about 15 minutes walk. The nearest links to the public transport network, bus station and railway station are all located only a few metres from the hotel and may easily be reached on foot.

The comfortably furnished rooms of junior-suite type all come with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a radio, a hi-fi, a double or king-size bed, a hire safe, a balcony or terrace and individually adjustable air conditioning and heating. All rooms additionally feature a TFT screen TV and a broadband Internet connection with Wi-Fi and are disability-friendly.

"Elegant and great value" |

"The hotel has been beautifully refurbished, a mixture of modern style
in an old building. Our room was great with a balcony/roof garden
which led to the most unusual view of any swimming pool I've been to!
It looked on to the 16th century cathedral. Location was excellent and
staff very friendly. Food was first rate too. We would highly
recommend it"
