One of the first bullrings in the world, the unique hexagon arena with all its typical annexe buildings as well as a museum and exhibition centre may be experienced here. The arena and the galleries are wonderful locations for parties, theatre and cultural activities as well as films and paintings. Bull fights, horse shows or concerts are organised here. Horse riding is also an option. There is a golf course roughly a hour's drive away.

| How to get there: |
Take the AVE (high speed train) to Ciudad Real or Puertollano. Ask for transfer to Almadén in advance if needed. By road from Ciudad Real take the N-420 to Puertollano and turn after 15 km to Almadén through Abenojar and Saceruela (CM-4112). From Córdoba take the N-423 to Badajoz and turn right after 50 km in Espiel taking the road N-502 to Almadén.
