The complex is located in the historical centre of the town, within easy walking distance of the main tourist attractions, places of interest and commercial areas. It is surrounded by charming narrow streets, and many fine eateries, bars and public transport links can be found in the immediate vicinity. Plaza de la Corredera, Plaza del Potro, the cathedral, the Christian Castle and the Jewish quarter can all be found nearby. Pablo Ruiz Picasso Airport, Malaga is about 100 km away, while Seville and its airport are about 200 km away.

The apartments come with bathroom, plasma TV with satellite channels, WLAN access (on request), kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities, ironing set, individually-adjustable air conditioning and heating, linen and towels, washing machine and dryer. They feature bright interiors and an ambiance perfect for rest and relaxation, as well as offering all of the comforts that one would be expected from a hotel suite. The occupancy ranges between 1 and 8 persons per apartment.

A member of staff will be available for checking in and out. Check-in is before 10pm, and check-out is before midday. Stays are subject to a compulsory cleaning charge (around 15 Euro).
