All apartments are situated right on the sandy beach at Playa de Gandía and the town of Gandia is some 4 km away. Valencia Airport is about 75 km away.

| Room description: |
All apartments come with 1 bedroom to sleep 2 people, a living room with a sofa bed which sleeps a further 2 people, an American kitchen, a fridge, a washing machine, a microwave, a bathroom and abalcony with sea view. Furthermore, the apartments come equipped with a TV.

| Sports/Entertainment: |
All buildings feature a swimming pool and a tennis court. Guests will find sun loungers and parasols available for an additional fee on the sandy beach.

| Observations: |
The apartments have no reception area so guests are required to collect their keys at the pick-up point indicated on the voucher. A deposit of approximately 150 EUR will be required on arrival and refunded on departure after the apartment has been checked. During high season/bank holidays, the deposit will be from 300 to 600 EUR per apartment according to the owner's conditions. Guests under 30 years of age will be not permitted during the Easter period. All apartments are fully equipped with cooking utensils, bed linen and small towels.
