The hotel is situated just around 250 m from the beach Playa de Velilla, in the typical white-washed Andalusian village of Almuñecar. The grounds are located at the entrance to the city centre of Almuñecar and are tucked away in a little bay on the Costa Tropical, at the coast of the province of Granada, and is surrounded by restaurants and bars. It's around 1 km to the historic city centre, around 7 km to the Marina del Este and 25 km to the Cuevas de Nerja.

All the rooms are spacious and are fitted with everything guests might require for a relaxing stay. Most of the rooms have a view of the village, while others look out over the sea. The rooms are all fully equipped with a plasma-screen TV, wireless Internet, an en suite bathroom with a bathtub, a hairdryer, centrally regulated air conditioning and heating, as well as a balcony. A direct dial telephone, a minibar, and a hire safe also come as standard. The hotel offers 2 types of room: There are rooms furnished with 2 beds, each 1. 05 m wide, and a 1.20 m wide sofa bed. The other rooms come with 2 beds, each measuring 1.35 m across, and 2 chairs. Both junior suites come with two 1.35 m-wide beds. In addition they contain separate living rooms and bedrooms.

Guests can select their breakfast, lunch and dinner from a buffet. Lunch and dinner may alternatively be taken à la carte. It is possible to book a Bed & Breakfast, a half board or a full board stay.
