| The spacious complex was opened in 2005 and offers various sleeping and entertainment opportunities in rural surroundings, away from everyday stresses. The hotel is ideal for families and includes a main building as well as neighbouring buildings. There are a total of 210 lodgings, including 96 apartments and 114 studios in the large grounds. The restaurant Bahia Grande is part of the complex, which also includes 4 speciality restaurants and buffet with front show cooking. The hotel offers self-catering for families and tourists. The foyer features a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a lift and a currency exchange desk. Additional facilities include a newspaper kiosk, a bar, a nightclub, a theatre and a games room. In addition, Internet access is included as well as a conference room and a kids club. Furthermore, the hotel features a supermarket with a range of products and integrated newspaper kiosk, a launderette as well as dryers (self-service), a service desk (car hire, excursions etc.) and medical assistance. This apartment hotel is part of a large complex, which lies in the picturesque bay of the fishing village of Las Playitas. After a tasty meal, guests are able to enjoy a stroll along the beach promenade. The complex is located at the southwestern, calmer side of the bay, away from traffic and with direct access to the sandy beach. The airport is located around 35 km from the hotel.

The lodgings include an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a separate shower, direct dial telephone, satellite TV (fees apply), a complimentary safe, as well as a balcony or terrace. Facilities for children include a fully-fitted kitchen as well as direct access to the sea. The studios are 35.5 m² in size over 2 floors, the terrace is 7 m² and the two-room apartments are 52 m² with a 6.5 m² terrace.

Guests may serve themselves from the buffets at breakfast and dinner. At midday and in the evenings guests may also dine from the à la carte menu. Special dietary requirements may be catered for. Guests are also able to book a half-board stay.
