This apartment hotel is quietly located opposite Maspalomas Golf Club, very close to the famous Cooralejo sand dunes (2.5 km) and the wonderful sand dune beach (3 km). This distance can easily be covered by bus (departs from a stop 10 m from hotel). Shopping venues, bars and restaurants are to be found in the vicinity. The resort centre is 500 m away and transfer to the airport takes about 40 minutes.

Fittings of the stylish type A1 apartments (maximum of 3 adults) include an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a combined living room/bedroom, a separate bedroom, a direct dial telephone, a hire safe, a kitchenette, an Internet connection and central heating. Each room also comes with a balcony or terrace. Type A2 apartments (for maximum of 5 adults) are similarly fitted but include 2 separate bedrooms.

A breakfast buffet is on offer to guests in the morning. Half board stays include breakfast and evening meal, both of which are to be selected from a buffet.

In the inviting outdoor complex are two swimming pools with separate children's paddling area, a poolside snack bar as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. Guests may spend time relaxing in the Jacuzzi. Sports enthusiasts may like to play to volleyball, basketball or partake in a spot of gymnastics and archery. For an additional fee, a sauna, a gym, squash facilities, tennis (floodlit courts), billiards, a message service, cycling and miniature golf are also all options. Water sports may be enjoyed approximately 500 m away. A seasonal entertainment programme provides variation for guests.
