| There are a total of 1,200 accommodation units to be found within this complex, which comprises several different sites, including apartments, junior suites and bungalows/ chalets. The terraced bungalows are surrounded by 500,000 m² of exotic gardens featuring a small zoo. Facilities on the complex grounds include a reception area, a currency exchange bureau, a foyer with lifts, a small supermarket, several shops, a hairdresser's salon, a nightclub and a supermarket. Moreover, there are several restaurants (with highchairs for infants) and a selection of bars. Younger guests may let off steam in the playground or participate in the kids' club activities and the on-site laundry service may be taken advantage of. |

This vast complex enjoys a quiet, secluded location in the holiday resort of Jandia and affords first-class views out over the Atlantic. Jandia's wonderful sprawling local fine sand beach lies less than 1 km from the complex and may easily be reached on foot. Countless shopping and entertainment venues are to be found in the vicinity and the fishing town of Morro Jable is some 3 km away.

The apartments come with a bathroom with a bathtub or shower, a combined lounge/ bedroom, a direct dial telephone, a hire safe, satellite/ cable TV and a balcony or a terrace affording views out over the sea. The junior suites additionally feature a sleeping area, which is separated from the rest of the suite, some of which may be reached by a flight of stairs. The family rooms each come with an extra separate bedroom whilst the bungalows and chalets (suitable for 2 to 3 persons) have a bathroom with a bathtub or shower, a living area with a kitchenette and dining area and a bedroom, which is separated from the rest of the rooms and may be reached by negotiating a flight of stairs. There is also a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a hire safe and a wonderful terrace in each. The bungalows and chalets for 2 to 4 persons additionally come with a separate bedroom on the upper floor.

There are 6 heated saltwater swimming pools with children's pools in the outdoor area as well as several poolside snack bars and sun terraces where sun loungers and parasols have been laid out ready for use. Guests may relax in the solarium and take advantage of the many leisure options. It is possible, for example, to go diving or surfing or to play squash or billiards and, on payment of an additional fee, to play table tennis, tennis or minigolf. Sports enthusiasts may work out in the gym or participate in the aerobics courses and all guests may participate in the varied entertainment programme.
