| The complex was completely renovated in 2000. The complex offers a total of 157 apartments spread over 9 floors. Amongst the hotel's facilities count a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a lift, safe and a currency exchange. Guests may also make use of the small supermarket for small sundries. Further facilities include an Internet connection and a laundry service. A car park is available for use by those guests arriving at the hotel by car. |

This apartment complex is situated on a hillside in the tourist area of Puerto Rico. It is a mere 10-minute walk to the local beach (around 1.5 km away). There are a number of bars, restaurants, boutiques and shopping facilities in the area surrounding the hotel. There is a bus stop located 50 m the hotel.

| Room description: |
The apartments comprise of an en suite bathroom, kitchenette with a fridge and balcony or terrace. Additional fittings include a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV and a safe. The apartment is cleaned after guests have vacated it.

| Sports/Entertainment: |
The complex offers its own swimming pool, a poolside snack bar, sun loungers and parasols. It is also possible to play a round of tennis, minigolf or billiards. The nearest golf course is situated about 1.5 kilometres from the hotel. A wide range of water sports is available down on the beach; options include jet skiing, sailing, and the opportunity to hire catamarans or pedalos. In addition, there is an entertainment programme on offer.

"Good basic accomodation

"Apartments were located in a good area with the Europa Shopping Centre
only a few hundred metres away (it had mainly eating places and a few
normal shops but very good for eating out). We were informed that these
apartments were being closed & refurbished the whole of the month of May
2007 and I must say they were definately in need of this. Our apartment
was a good distance from the lift which meant that we did not suffer
from its noisy operation. I felt sorry for anyone staying within 2
apartments distance from as it is used 24 hrs a day. Other than the lift
the area was very quiet. The apartment itself was kept very clean by the
maid service who came in every day, the towels were changed every two
days and the bedding once during our 7 day stay. Equipment in the
apartment needed replacing, good kettle but no toaster (had to be hired
from reception). The cooker consisted of 2 rings which only ever got hot
but not eneough to atually cook on. We had a look at the pool area and
cafe but decided not to use it as it suffered with the usual problem of
people leaving towels on sunbeds and going off for a few hours or all
day. The pool did look very clean and well kept. The cafe supplied a
limited number of snacks but again we did not use it. In summing we
thoroughly enjoyed the resort and apartments, we did hire a car for the
week and it was well worth it, cost me 20 euros to fill the tank, drove
about plenty and still left it back to the airport with half a tank of
diesel! Now that's good value.
