Renovated in 2005, this complex comprises 41 bungalows as well as a garden and a terrace. Guests are offered a 24-hour reception with a hotel safe and a cloakroom. If guests walk through the gardens which lie between the resort and the dunes, they will reach the beach after only 200 m. It is only a short walk to various bars, restaurants, a pharmacist and a car rental station. It is conveniently close to a shopping center (Cita), a stop on the public transport network and the Dunas De Maspalomas. It is about 55 km to the city of Las Palmas.

The Bungalows all come with a kitchen with a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and a washing machine and a bath/ shower with hairdryer is also provided in all accommodation as standard. They are also equipped with a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, music, and a hire safe. The air conditioning is individually adjustable. The accommodation also features a beautiful terrace with a view of the pool or the gardens.

The outdoor complex includes 2 swimming pools with children's paddling area of which one is heated, as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use.
