This complex was built in 1992, renovated in 2004 and consists of 124 rooms of which 86 are 2-storey apartments. Amongst the hotel's facilities count a foyer with 24-hour reception and a safe for guests' valuables. In addition, the apartment complex offers guests use of a public Internet terminal and a bicycle storage facility.
