"Disappointing" |

"The room was hot and stuffy due to an ineffective antiquated air
conditioner. The breakfast consisted of a very small soggy plastic bun
in a packet , and there was no coffee as the vending machine had broken
and there was no alternative - it could not be described as breakfast!"
