The complex comprises a main building with two floors as well as a neighbouring building without a lift.
Location:
This apartment complex is situated in the tourist centre of La Manga del Mar just a few minutes from the centre. The surrounding area is full of shops, boutiques, cafés, a diverse nightlife, bars and restaurants. The complex is situated just metres from the beach (the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor).

The sea can be seen from the apartments.
Sports/Entertainment:
The hotel grounds feature a swimming pool, which is open during the summer months from 15th June to 15th September (dates may vary slightly).
Observations:
On arrival, guests are able to collect keys from the Valmanga office in the Gran Vía (Hawaii 5 building, edificio 1, km 8.5).
