The apartments are located in the urbanization of Isla Grosa. From here, it is only about 50 m to the well-tended beach. In 100 m guests will find a supermarket and a restaurant.

| Room description: |
The apartments all come with a dining room, a kitchen, a fully equipped en suite bathroom, and a bedroom. Facilities provided as standard include a colour TV, a washing machine, and a spacious terrace.

| Sports/Entertainment: |
There is a swimming pool in the hotel grounds (open during the summer months, typically between 15 June and 15 September) as well as a path leading down to the sea. In approximately 50 m, besides the Mar Menor, guests will find sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use as well as a snack bar serving refreshing drinks. In addition, it is possible to play tennis.
