The apartment hotel is situated in a superior area of La Manga on a main road. The hotel is situated on the beach side of the Menor Sea and only 50 m from the Mediterranean. The building offers guests an unbeatable view of the two seas. It is about 1 km to Tomás Maser harbour. San Javier airport is located roughly 30 km away, whilst the city of Murcia is approximately 75 km away. Alicante airport is located approximately 130 km away, whilst Valencia airport is 280 km from the hotel.

Guests have excellent views of the two seas from all apartments. Seven rooms comprise a private sun terrace (30 m²) with a table of appetisers, beach chairs and a shower. All rooms come with an en suite bathroom, a hairdryer, a kitchen and a fridge. A hire safe, satellite/cable TV and a hire safe additionally feature. The heating can be individually regulated.
