| This apartment resort has been recently built on the seafront and features unique facilities, furnishings, electrical household appliances and decor, all selected with great care. There are 12 apartments, each with 1 or 2 bedrooms. The complex has spacious terraces and gardens, a promenade, a garage (local charge and subject to availability) and an outdoor car park on the hotel grounds (subject to availability). |

The apartments face a beach on the Mediterranean Sea and are just a few metres from the Menor Sea, as well as 11 km from La Manga del Mar Menor. Just a 15-minute walk away guests also will find a new shopping complex with a wide range of bars, cafés, restaurants and shops, and 20 minutes' walk away at the marina guests will find shops, restaurants and bars.

The apartments, which each offer excellent views over the two seas, have a separate kitchen with dishwasher, electric hobs, oven, washing machine, microwave and utensils, a fully fitted bathroom (the 1-bedroom apartments with a shower) and lounge with sofa bed. The apartments have TV, air conditioning and heating, a safety deposit box (refundable deposit) and large terrace with outdoor furniture. The 2-bedroom apartments have a second bathroom with shower.

The resort has an outdoor adult's swimming pool with children's paddling area, surrounded by terrace and lawn. The Tomas Maestre marina is 1500 m away and offers a range of leisure and sport activities.

| Observations: |
Keys are to be collected in the Valmanga office, in the Hawaii V complex, Gran Via street, exit 80, between 11.00 am and 2.00 pm, or in the afternoon between 6.00 pm and 8.00 pm. The office is open from Monday to Sunday in summer and in spring from Monday to Friday and for morning hours at the weekend. Guests arriving after that time must call in advance to arrange an alternative. Upon arrival a refundable breakage deposit will be required as a guarantee against the facilities.
