| The welcoming apartment complex was built in 1972 and renovated in 1995. It offers a total of 80 apartments spread over 3 floors. Guests are offered a lobby with a reception open 24-hours, safes, a currency exchange desk, bicycle hire and storage, a cloakroom and a conference room with Internet access. Additional amenities include a cosy bar and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with separate non-smoking area. Medical assistance is also on offer for should it be necessary. |

The apartment complex is centrally situated on a hillside overlooking the sea. The nearest sandy beach of Puerto del Carmen is about 250 m away. The old centre including the harbour and plenty of shopping and entertainment venues lies just a few minutes walk away. Links to the public transport network are to found just 150 m away.

All of the apartments are tastefully furnished and come fitted with an en suite bathroom and a hairdryer, a combined living/bedroom and a separate bedroom. Moreover, each has satellite/ cable TV, a radio, a direct dial telephone, an Internet connection, a kitchenette, a fridge, a hire safe, central heating, air conditioning and a balcony or terrace. Personnel clean the apartments following guests' departure.

At lunchtime and in the evenings, guests may select dishes from an à la carte menu.

A swimming pool surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols is located in the outdoor complex. The complex also offers guests use of a gym and sauna as well as the opportunity to play pool and minigolf. Guests are offered deckchairs and parasols on the beach.
