| Built in 1988 and renovated in 1996, the complex comprises a total of a 2-storey main building and a 4 storey neighbouring building with a total of 200 apartments. Amongst the hotel facilities count a foyer with 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange desk and a café. Guests are also offered a bar, a kiosk, a supermarket, a nightclub, a TV room and an restaurant with highchairs for children.
