The apartments are located just across the road from a small sandy bay and only 800 m from the main beach of Puerto del Carmen and there is a good selection of bars and restaurants just outside the apartments. The complex is situated only 10 min (with car) from the cpital Arrecife and 20 min (with car) from the National Park of Timanfaya.

Apartments are bright and spacious in simple white décor and wooden furnishings with one separate bedroom. The accommodation is all electric comfortably furnished with kitchenette and living room area, bathroom and balcony or terrace. Each one is equipped with kitchenette (2 ring electric cooker, fridge, toaster, electric kettle, coffe machine, microwave) safety deposit facility for rental, satellite TV, telephone and hairdryer in bathroom.

The complex comprises a large swimming pool, childrens pool, sun terraces, children's playground, tennis court and pool side snack bar with a large selection of food and beverages.

| How to get there: |
By car o taxi, exiting the airport follow signs for the main highway to the south (Yaiza LZ-2), then follow the signs to Puerto del Carmen (road LZ40). Leave on the second exit (Parque Temático, Rancho Texas) with direction Avda. de Las Playas, then turn the first road on the right (Avda. Francia) until Avda. Italia and drive to the main road. Take the first road on the right until the ring road with Calle Chalana where the complex is.
