| Renovated in 2006, this apartment complex lies in a spacious garden area (70,000 m²) and consists of a total of 226 bungalows. The complex offers a main building with a bright lobby, which includes a 24-hour reception with a safe and a currency exchange desk. Additional facilities include a small supermarket, a bar, a tavern, an auditorium, a games room, a TV room and an air-conditioned restaurant with a non-smoking area (highchairs available on request). In addition, the apartment complex offers an Internet terminal. A car park is available for guests' use and bicycles may be stored in the bicycle cellar. For younger guests there is a kids club and a playground (a babysitter is also available on request and for an additional fee). Laundry services as well as medical assistance complete the services on offer at this complex. |

The cosy bungalows comprise an en suite, an integrated living room/bedroom (large enough for 1 further person), a separate bedroom, direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, a kitchenette with a coffee machine and toaster, an dining area, a fridge, a minibar, a hire safe and a terrace or balcony. The maximum occupancy of the bungalows is either 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children.

Guests may choose their breakfast, lunch or dinner from individual buffets. Guests may also book all-inclusive stays.

Guests are offered use of 2 attractive, large swimming pools with children's pools as well as a poolside bar, sun loungers, sunshades and a Jacuzzi. Sports enthusiasts are offered an extensive sports and fitness programme. The sports facilities include a tennis centre with 3 hard courts, a gym, a regular fitness course and aerobics. Additional facilities include a multi-sport field for basketball, handball, football (a small field), beach volleyball and table tennis as well as minigolf, snooker, jogging and walking.
