This hotel is located on a main road in the tourist centre of Puerto del Carmen, just a few minutes walk from the city centre. It is located right by the long, fine sand beach of Playa de los Pocillos. The centre of Puerto del Carmen is around 1 km away. A wide selection of shopping and entertainment venues are all located in the neighbourhood. Links to the public transport system are only 200 m from the hotel.

All rooms come with a modern fully-equipped en suite bathroom with hairdryer and radio, satellite TV, a microwave, sofa/folding bed. For an extra fee, a minibar, safe deposit box, telephone and Internet access are available.
