This apartment complex is located in the heart of Lloret de Mar, near a glorious sand and shingle beach. Countless cafes and restaurants as well as a range of nightclubs and bars can be found in the near vicinity and are easily reached on foot. The nearest public transport stop lies some 100 m from the hotel, with which the railway station can be reached in about 20 minutes. Girona-Costa Brava Airport is 40 km away and it is some 92 km to El Prat de Llobregat airport.

The apartments all come with a combined living room/ bedroom, a separate bedroom and a fully-equipped kitchenette with a fridge. They additionally include an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV and a hire safe. Individually adjustable air conditioning and heating as well as a furnished balcony or terrace are also provided in all accommodation units as standard.

There is a swimming pool in the well-kept grounds of the hotel. In addition, the nearest golf course is located only 2 km away.

"If you are between the ages of 18 and 25 and only require 3 hours sleep
per night , this is your kind of hotel . The position directly opposite
the main bar/club street was so noisy it was untrue . But worse still
was the fact that all floors of the hotel had an internal
balcony/corridor . So when you were standing outside your room say on
the first floor , you could look up and see and hear people on every
other floor , even the sixth floor . So when everybody came in durung
the early hours you could hear everything . Screaming , shouting ,
knocking on doors , it was great . I know you genrally get what you pay
for . But this is not the place to stay if you like a good nights kip .
The swimming pool on the roof was an after thought . Its about 3mtrs x
5mtrs x 1.2mtrs deep
