| The hotel was built in 2000 in the midst of a 3,000 m² garden with a total of 200 apartments on 3 floors. The facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange desk and a lift. There is also a bar, a TV room and an à la carte restaurant with a separate non-smoking area and children's highchairs available. There is a game's room, a playground or a kids' club available for children to let off steam in. In addition, the hotel offers use of a public Internet terminal. | How to get there: |
Leave the airport complex and take the motorway following the blue sign marked Palma. Take the second exit road marked \"Via de cintura\" and continue along this dual carriageway for about 3 kilometres you will see the international blue motorway sign marked \"Inca\". Take this turning and continue until the end of the motorway. Continue on the main trunk road signposted \"Pto. Alcudia\", by passing Inca on your left. After about 13 kilometres and passing the marker sign \"41 kms\" there is a major round about where you should turn left for Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. Continue along this road by passing the village of Pollensa and you will see a large roundabout. Take the first turning off the roundabout marked Puerto Pollensa and continue along this road until you reach a new roundabout. Take the third main turning (on the left) at the roundabout and the Duva apartments are along this road near the Habitat.
