This apartment complex is located in Magaluf, a wonderful tourist resort with 3 magnificent sandy beaches. Porrassa beach is only 30 metres away, just across the road. The complex is well situated close to various entertainment venues, restaurants, bars, boutiques and shops. Palma is only 12 km away.

The apartments are comfortable, spacious and bright. Simply furnished, with white decor and dark wooden furnishings, guests are provided with a tastefully designed living space to feel at home in. Each apartment has 1 twin bedroom, a fully equipped bathroom, a lounge with 2 sofa beds, a kitchenette with a fridge, a safe (fees apply) and a large terrace. 16 apartments offer a fantastic sea view. The maximum number of occupants is 4 people.

| How to get there: |
From the airport take the Via de Cintura in the direction of Oeste-Andratx. After 22 km take the Palmanova/Magaluf exit. Upon entering the town follow the coastline to Punta Ballena road.
