| Built in 1989 and renovated in the year 2000 (room renovation in 2007), the air-conditioned hotel has 117 apartments over 4 floors and an attractive, large garden to relax in with the new idea of being exclusively for adults. Guests arrive in a welcoming lobby with a reception manned around the clock, a safe, a currency exchange desk and lifts. Additional facilities include a bar, a TV room, an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with a non-smoking area and highchairs for children as well as a conference room and Internet access. There is medical assistance available and a cellar for keeping bicycles as well as a bike hire service. |

The luxurious, air-conditioned apartments, to be renovated in 2007, come fitted with a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a minibar and a safe. They are also equipped with central heating and a pleasant lounge area as standard.
