| Description of the Atalaya Park Hotel |
| Built in 1964 and renovated in 2002, the hotel offers a total of 2 floors in the main building and 7 floors in the annexe block and a total of 485 rooms of which 397 are doubles and there are 33 suites as well as 15 apartments. Guests arrive in a welcoming lobby with a 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange desk and a lift. The amenities also include a café, a newspaper stand, a shop, a hairdresser and a piano bar. Guests will also find an exclusive nightclub, a theatre room as well as 6 elegant and air-conditioned à la carte restaurants with non-smoking areas and highchairs for children, catering for every taste. For business guests there is a conference room and an Internet terminal; bicycle hire is available and for those arriving by car a car park and garage are on offer. A laundry service is also available as well as medical assistance if necessary. For younger guests there is a playground, playroom and children's club available. |

This luxurious hotel lies at the heart of the Costa del Sol, between Marbella and Estepona (both around 13 km away) and directly next to a sandy beach. Copious shops, delightful restaurants, lively bars and an excellent connection to the public transport network are close at hand. Málaga airport is 60 km away, Puerto Banús is only 6 km and San Pedro around 3 km from the hotel. Two of the hotel's own golf courses are found 2 km away.

The elegantly furnished en suite rooms and apartments come fitted with a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, radio, a minibar and a hi-fi stereo system. They are also centrally heated and include a safe and a balcony (many with a sea view) as standard.

Guests may select their breakfast, lunch and evening meal from an ample buffet. In the evenings guests may dine à la carte or chose from the set menu. It is possible to book a half-board stay.

In the hotel grounds guests will find 4 pools and a saltwater pool. In addition, there are 2 children's pools, a pool bar as well as sun loungers and parasols for no extra price. With an indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, solarium and professional massage service, the hotel caters to guests' every wish. There are numerous sports activities not just keeping golfers content. For an additional price guests have the opportunity to water ski, dive, play snooker and minigolf. Further water sports include motor boat hire, windsurfing, sailing, catamaran sailing and canoeing. Tennis courts (with 6 sand and flood-lit courts), table tennis, a gym, basketball and a beach volleyball field are all available as well as activities such as aerobics, archery, riding, mountain biking and bocce. Two of the hotel's own and numerous other golf courses in the area make this a golfers haven.
