| The hotel was built in 1973 and completely renovated in 2005. There are a total of 203 apartments spread between several bungalows. Various facilities are available to guests including a vast pool and garden complex (2,000 m²), a stylish foyer, safes, a currency exchange desk, a cloakroom as well as a 24-hour reception desk. Additional amenities include a TV room, a newspaper stand, a small supermarket, a shop, a café, a cosy bar and an air-conditioned restaurant with a separate non-smoking area and highchairs for infants. Business guests may make use of the conference room and the public Internet terminal In addition, room and laundry services are at guests' disposal and there is also a doctor on call. Finally, there is a bicycle hire service and a car park as well as a playground and a kids' club for children. |

This hotel complex is located in the tourist centre of Cala'n Bosch, close to scores of shopping and entertainment venues. The nearest fine sand beach is just 500 metres from the hotel and the marina is just a few paces further afield. The town of Ciudadella is situated 12 km away and can easily be reached by making use of the public bus service that departs from a bus stop located directly in front of the hotel. The airport is 60 km from the hotel and can be reached is approximately one hour.

The tastefully furnished apartments have a tiled en suite bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer, a telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a kitchenette, a fridge, a safe, a lounger and a balcony or terrace.

A fine buffet is on offer at breakfast and in the evenings. At lunchtime and in the evenings, guests may also choose to select dishes from the set menu, or take the à la carte option.
