This congenial apartment complex is located in the centre of beautiful well-tended gardens, roughly 150 m away from the beautiful Cala Santandria bay as well as 400 m from the bathing bay of Sa Caleta. Both are easily reached down a flight of steps. It is approximately 2 km to the Ciutadella. An abundance of shops and entertainment venues are located in the vicinity. Public transport departs from stops located directly in front of the apartment complex.

The rooms are tastefully furnished and are equipped with their own bathroom with a bath and a hairdryer. In addition, they are also equipped with a combined living/ bed room, a sofa bed, satellite/ cable TV, a kitchenette with a microwave, a fridge, a further separate bedroom, air-conditioning and a hire safe. Moreover, each room has a balcony or a terrace.

Guests are offered breakfast and dinner in the form of a buffet. Lunch may also be selected from the à la carte menu. In addition, the hotel caters for guests with special dietary requirements. It is also possible to book either a half-board or an all-inclusive stay.
