"Tucked down a backstreet, a quaint little hotel with friendly staff and cosy little rooms within ten minutes of all the main sights"
	"A lovely little historic hotel with lots of character, small rooms and some uneven floors. Forget it if all you want is modern. The hotel is charming and a little oasis of peace. Almost next to the Casa de Pilatos and just along from a couple of great Tapas bars. 15 mins liesurely walk from the Cathederal, Real Alcazar and the Bull Ring. 30 mins to the centre of Maria Luisa Park. " The best thing about Abanico was:"A lovely surprise behind the big wooden doors, you wouldn't notice it if you just walked past. Full of Character" The worst thing about Abanico was: "First impression is that the location is not great as area quite shabby, no car parking facilities & the road is single lane, one way, almost impossible to pull over to just unload without causing mayhem with the traffic as the road is quite busy."
