"The entire Alameda area is being very attractively spruced up and the
Hotel is ideally situated at the North (?) end and only about 15 minutes
walk to the centre of Seville. The Hotel is more a set of comfortable
apartments - living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom overlooking a
peaceful patio courtyard inhabited by swallows. We went during the 2007
Feria de Abril but the Hotel was quiet always though well occupied. The
staff were friendly, helpful and efficient and their command of English
was considerably better than ours of Spanish! A note to those arriving
by car: there is an underground car park to leave your vehicle and it is
wise to leave it there for the duration of your stay in Seville.
Checking in if you have a car is a bit tricky as there is nowhere to
leave your car whilst doing so which means negotiating the labyrinthine
one way streets searching for a spot to park temporarily. If you phone
ahead and they are expecting you then you could probably go straight to
the underground car park.
