From the airport:-
Bus from Reina Sofia (south) airport takes around 20 minutes and costs approx 4 Euros. Alternatively taxis cost approx 25 Euros. From Rodeos (north) airport there are buses but it may be necessary to change in Santa Cruz depending on the time of arrival. Taxis take 1 hour 15minutes and cost approx 80 Euros

"El Bohio" bar is open by the pool from 10am to 6pm serving drinks and snacks. The piano bar is open in the evening from 5pm to 1am

There is a very impressive spa, thalasso and wellness centre within the hotel. Guests pay approx 15 Euros to use the spa facilities. A range of treatments are also available at an extra cost

Room facilities:-
Club Alexandre rooms are very large and all have either a pool view or large terrace. Guests are provided with fruit and water on arrival and luxury toiletries. They can sleep up to 2 adults and 2 children with the 2 children sharing a sofa bed. They are insulated against noise and have a mini bar which is empty but guests are provided with a menu and can get the contents by contacting reception. Guests staying in Club Alexandre rooms receive one free entrance to the Thlasso wellness and spa area (to be taken within the first 2 days of their stay)
