The hotel is located to the north of Colombo city, overlooking the harbour. The hotel is located directly on the beach and is surrounded by spacious gardens, dotted with shady palm trees. It is a location of astounding beauty and tranquillity, and is a typical example of the charm of Sri Lanka's sun-kissed beaches. Built at the city gates, travel time to the airport is kept to a minimum. It is 30 km from the international airport and 15 km from Colombo.
