Glamorous, decadent and totally you... Well we all deserve a treat now and again don't we? This hotel offers an amazing stay amidst sumptious surroundings and a lake front location that most city hotels can only dream of. Created in 1870 by the Cesar Ritz, classic luxury blends with a modern twist. Culinary perfection can be enjoyed in "Le Trianon" whilst the summer terrace is the prefect place to sit and have a coffee with views across to the Alps. A further two restaurants, one Italian and one Thai are both regarded as amongst the best in the city. 41 delicious rooms decorated in a "Fin du Sciecle" style and a Spa centre that offers a vast range of treatments make this a "must do" by anybody's standards.

| Restaurant:- | "Le Trianon" is the hotel's elegant restaurant offering seasonal cuisine by the Chef de Cuisine Markus Thomczyk. "Thai Lotus" is a beautifully styled Thai restaurant with a super terrace on the lake for the summer months. "Il Padrino" offers a traditional Italian kitchen with a fine selection of wines, cocktails and that all important after dinner cigar! The delightful terrace on the lake affords wonderful views. |
| Business facilities:- | Excellent meeting, conference and banqueting facilities are available including state of the audio visual equipment on request. There are three ballrooms and four meeting rooms. |

| From the airport:- | A train from Zurich International Airport to Luzern is c. 20CHF one way, a short taxi ride will then be the quickest option c. 10CHF. A taxi direct from the airport to the hotel can be up to 190CHF or more depending on traffic. Please note that the taxi will not be able to get you directly to the door as this area is pedestrian. |
| Parking:- | Parking is available opposite the hotel for 35CHF per day for hotel guests. |
| Bar:- | "National Bar" is the hotel's warm and inviting bar, styled in turn of the century of the furnishings and mellow nightly musical entertainment. The evening terrace on the lakeside is a joy to absorb. |
| Spa:- | "Fitnesspark National " is located directly opposite the hotel and offers a choice of outdoor and indoor swimming pools, hydro-therapy pools, steam baths and oriental relaxation rooms, different saunas, sun terrace, cardio vascular machines and resistant training areas. A range of massages are also available.Reduced entry tickets can be purchased from the front office, who will also supply you with a "sauna bag" filled with a bathrobe, towels, slippers and toiletries for your full enjoyment of this facility. |
