| This luxurious boutique resort is the perfect location for a private romantic honeymoon. Renovated in 2007, it comprises 6 cottages and 1 suite pool villa, situated in a village away from the frenetic pace of the rest of the world. There is a reception area with a 24-hour check-out service and a hotel safe, as well as a bar and restaurant, WLAN Internet access and a bike hire service. Room and laundry services are both available and guests arriving by car may leave their vehicles in either the indoor or the outdoor car park. |

This resort is located on Maerim-Samoeng Road and lies on the sloping banks of a mountain stream in the verdant Chiangmai highlands. Mountain water cascades over boulders in the stream, creating tiered waterfalls that flow directly beneath the Lanna-Balinese-style guest cottages. Chiang, the nearest town, lies approximately 2.5 km from the resort and here guests will find tourist attractions and public transport links. Other sights in the immediate vicinity include an elephant camp (1.5 km), a monkey training centre (1 km), an orchid farm (1 km) and a botanical garden (2 km). Chiangmai International Airport is a 45-minute drive from the resort.

The accommodation in this resort has been designed in accordance with Balinese and Lanna styles. Each cottage features a balcony looking out onto the cascading waterfalls below, whilst the interior décor is based on the local Lanna style and features patterned cloths from the local area. The cottages include amenities including a hairdryer, direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, radio, Internet access, minibar, tea and coffee making facilities and an in-room safe. The bathroom with shower is open air in design, allowing guests to feel at one with nature. The cottages feature individually regulated air conditioning and heating units.

The resort serves delicious northern Thai and Thai food. Breakfast is served daily whilst midday and evening meals can be selected from the set menu or à la carte. Bed and breakfast and full-board packages are available from the hotel.

| Sports/Entertainment: |
The resort features an outdoor swimming pool with a children?s paddling area, as well as a Chiida spa, Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Outdoor spa and massage treatments are available next to the waterfall and come highly recommended. Trekking trails to the jungle and waterfall are available and also suitable for mountain biking.

| How to get there: |
The resort can be easily reached via the canal road. From Chiang Mai-Maerim intersection (2nd ring road), turn left and go straight for 8 km to the Maerim district. Turn left and follow to Maerim-Samoeng Road and then follow the signs to the resort and Tadmork waterfall.
