| Built in 2003 beside a main road, this complex offers a number of double-storey houses in Spanish style with a total of 161 double rooms. The lobby contains a 24-hour reception and a safe. Additional facilities include a small supermarket, a shop, a hairdresser's salon, a bar, an open-air nightclub, a TV room, an air-conditioned restaurant (with a non-smoking area and highchairs for children), a conference room and an Internet terminal.
