| This complex hotel underwent renovation and modernisation work in the year 2000 and lies amidst sprawling park-like grounds offering a total of 27 rooms and 21 apartments spread over a main and annexe block. Facilities include an elegant foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, safes, a currency exchange bureau and a cloakroom in addition to a selection of shops, a newspaper stand, a small supermarket, a games room, a TV room, an upmarket bar and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with a non-smoking area and highchairs for infants and a pretty terrace. Moreover, room and laundry services as well as medical assistance are on offer and younger guests may let off steam in the playground or participate in the kids' club activities. There is an in-house bicycle hire service and those arriving by car may take advantage of the car park and underground garage facilities. |

This holiday complex is peacefully located in the picturesque fishing village of Turtugreis just a few minutes walk from the resort centre where guests will discover many restaurants, bars, shops and other shopping and entertainment venues. Moreover, there is a famous mausoleum in Turtugreis, which counts amongst the many wonders in the world, as well as a museum of underwater archaeology. The complex lies just 300 m from the nearest beautiful sandy beach and transfer to Bodrum airport, which lies approximately 55 km away, takes some 45 minutes.

Each of the comfortable rooms comes with an en suite bathroom with a shower or a bathtub, a hairdryer, a balcony, a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, a minibar, a hire safe and air conditioning. The wonderful apartments come with a combined lounge/ bedroom with a pullout sofa bed, a kitchenette and a fridge. All accommodation units come with an Internet connection.

Guests both young and old may participate in the entertainment programme that features sports and games.
