| Description of the Antik Hotel |
Very unusual hotel boasting one of the most magnificent historical attributes which now form part of the actual hotel, a huge cistern dating back to the Roman era which has now been lovingly restored. Antik is a dedication to the history of Istanbul through the ages, from the Byzantine period up to the era of Kemal Ataturk. Each floor has been designed in such a way that reflects the era of Istanbul with a range of colour, design and style themes. The panoramic roof top restaurant offers some great views over the Marmara sea whilst Cisterna Bar is a great place to have a coffee and experience this historical wonder. An additional bonus is a free dinner for guests staying over 5 nights.

| Restaurant:- | "Marmarion" Restaurant offers a fine dining experience on the panoramic roof top. There is also a roof terrace which is particularly nice during the summer time. Traditional dishes and international cuisine are complemented by a range of carefully selected local wines. |
| Families:- | Rooms can take a third bed, baby chairs and cots are available on request. |
| Business facilities:- | Conference rooms with a capacity from 40 up to 150 persons. Full audio / visual facilities are available and ADSL internet connections. |
| Disabled facilities:- | Ramps are available in public areas, there is a lift for access to all floors and specially modified toilets. There is also a room that has been specially adapted. |
| 20 mins walk:- | Grand Bazaar, Beyazit Square, Calligraphy Museum, Arc of Theodoseus. The area of Beyazit has a wealth of clothes and shoe stores and other shopping opportunities, they are just everywhere. Fantastic if you are in search of a bagging a bargain or two! |
| Public transport:- | "Beyalit" is the closest tram stop to the hotel, just 50m away. |
| From the airport:- | Ataturk International Airport is 15km away, a taxi direct to the hotel will take an approximate journey time of 20mins, c. 25.00YTL. |

| Bar:- | "Sekbanbasi" the hotel's bar in the lobby area offers Turkish coffee, Turkish delight, board games and some rare books to browse through before your walk through the wonders of this historical city. |
