The lobby area features a reception desk manned around the clock, a currency exchange facility, a cloakroom, and two lifts. Guests can also sample the specialities of international cuisine in the Eugenius restaurant on the ground floor, and the hotel also offers a bar, a breakfast and dining room, two conference rooms, wireless Internet access and playground. This hotel is located in the heart of the old city, Sirkeci, within walking distance of all the historic sites in the Sultanahmet area, the Eminönü ports, Sirkeci railway station, and both tram and bus stops. Attractions such as the Grand Bazaar, the Topkapi Palace, the Hagia Sophia Museum, and the Egyptian Market can all be reached in about 10-20 minutes. It is also not far to the business and shopping districts, while Atatürk airport lies approximately 20 minutes from the hotel.

All of the outstandingly decorated suites and rooms come with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a Jacuzzi, an Internet connection (fee), satellite/ cable TV with an LCD screen and pay TV, centrally regulated air conditioning, carpeting, central heating, a direct dial telephone, a mini bar (fee), and a hire safe (large enough for a laptop). Two of the rooms are disability-friendly, and 30 include a balcony.

Guests can select their breakfast from a buffet. Lunch and dinner may alternatively be taken à la carte, whilst lunch is also available as a set menu. Special dietary requirements may be accommodated, including individual-specific menus.

"The hotel is really nice , very good location . nice room , well done
housekeeping ! but I have to say I was not impress with the costomer
service at reception , with the night team as I was very sick and I ask
the receptionist for a coffe , and he said to me , if u really want it
.....I would have one ,also same guy wasnt very helpfull when I ask for
directions as its is a normal thing for a hotel to know how to direct
people to locations , very unhappy guy . very diferent the mornig girls
very polite and good maners , . u need to make ur costomers feel special
! as we r the one who pay for a good time and feel like home. Thanx a
