The hotel is located 150 m above sea level, in a lovely garden landscape of lush vegetation. Its magnificent setting nestled in steep foothills offers a majestic view of Turunç bay and the surrounding pine covered mountains. Distance to the beach is only 1,3 km. Village and beach can be easily reached by the hotels free shuttle service, which runs several times a day downtown, and back to the resort. All beach facilities like deck chairs, parasols, shower etc. available directly at the beach. The busy town of Marmaris is only a 40 minutes bus or boat ride away.

184 tastefully furnished one or two bedroomed apartments which are arranged in 8 three storey complexes on terrace in a uniquely beautiful and richly tree-lined garden setting. All of the apartments have airconditioning in their living room or in at least one bedroom (subject to add. charge payable locally). Eighty percent of all apartments have a full sea view; others have either a lateral view on the sea front or look out to the garden and the surrounding hillside. The type A, one-bedroomed-apartment measures 40 sqm, accomodates 2-4 persons and is fully equipped with kitchenette, bathroom, direct dialing telephone, terrace or balcony.

Guests are offered breakfast and evening meals in the form of a buffet. At lunchtime and in the evenings, guests may also choose to select dishes from the à la carte option, or alternatively choose from the set menu in the evenings. Special dietary requirements are also catered for and requested dishes can be prepared. It is possible to book a half-board stay.

| How to get there: |
The resort provides an airport pick-up service which can be quoted on request. Directions from Dalaman Airport On leaving the airport terminal at Dalaman, you will need to follow the road signs to the following places. Dalaman, Köycegiz, Kizilyaka, Gökova, Marmaris. Follow for Marmaris centre which leads you to the sea front. Turn right and continue for 8 km to Icmeler bay. Entering Icmeler take the right turn to Turunc and continue for 3 km till you reach a cross where you turn left and go over the little bridge. Turn right on the next cross. This is the only road leading to Turunc bay. It goes up in windy turns for 4 km and then comes to level ground where you will go straight on until your road starts to decend to Turunc bay. Half way down to the left you will see theresort sign/entrance.
