This hotel is located in the outskirts of Marmaris, around 1 km from the centre of the town. The hotel is only across the coastal road from the hotel's own pebble/sand beach. There is a stop for public transport with regular Dolmus connections just in front of the hotel. The extensive shopping facilities and entertainment venues of the lively town can be reached within only a few minutes on foot. Transfer to Dalaman airport takes about 100 minutes (roughly 95 km).

The pleasant rooms include an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer, satellite/cable TV, Internet access, a minibar and hire safe. Air conditioning is individually regulated. All rooms also feature a balcony.
