"Good Value & Friendly Staff
" |
|
"The staff at this hotel go out of their way to make you feel welcome and
nothing is a problem to them. This is my third time staying at the hotel
in the past few years, and the same staff are still there, to me that's
always a good sign. Continuity of staff equals good customer relations.

The best thing about Midtown Hotel was:"How friendly the staff are.

"Clean and convenient
" |
|
"This hotel was more of a motel and at the time we went the swimming pool
and restaurant were closed. The room was clean and the shower good but
was a bit disappointed with the lack of internet access which we needed.
It would have been useful to have a fridge and safe in the room also.
The staff were polite and overall the stay was fine if a little basic.
"
The best thing about Midtown Hotel was:"The location.
"
The worst thing about Midtown Hotel was: "Nothing in particular.

"Great Location and value for money" |
|
"Midtown Hotel in a good location within easy walking distance to the
centre of Boston. Good value for money with rooms of a good size. Also
a pool. With extremely friendly staff who are always happy to give
advice information about Boston and the surrounding area. The tourist
tram stops just up the road from the hotel and is an excellent way to
see the city. Good restaurants, shopping malls and supermarket just
along the road."
The best thing about Midtown Hotel was:"Location"
The worst thing about Midtown Hotel was: "Restaurant, looks more like cafe and not good atmosphere for leisurely
breakfast"
