The rooms have courtyard views and include 2 queen beds, data port phones with voice mail, coffee maker, mini-fridge, hairdryer, iron/board and ceiling fan (sleeps up to 4). Key West Studio units feature courtyard views. Units include all of the above as well as microwave, two burner stove, and a toaster (sleeps up to 4). Sunset Condo Suites have views of the intercoastal waterway. Units include a living room (with a pull-out sofabed), kitchen/dining area (with full-sizes refrigerator, stove microwave oven, dishwasher and a separate bedroom with 2 queen beds (sleeps up to 4). Sunset Condo Villas (courtyard views) and Marina Condo Villas (waterway views) feature: 1st level a living room (with sofa bed), dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and balcony. The second level has a lofted bedroom with king bed, large walk in closet, and a spacious bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower (sleeps up to 4 maximum adults 2)

The hotel restaurant Jimmy Guana's is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner; serving up fresh Florida seafood and other culinary treats. The bar features some of the best frozen drinks on the coast.

Boat rentals can be arranged at the hotel marina. There is a large free-form swimming pool with waterfalls and a pirate ship all beside a children's play area. The hotel provided tennis equipment to use on their courts.
