The 3-bedroom homes are suitable for up to 6 guests. All accommodation comes with centrally regulated air conditioning and heating, cable TV and a telephone. They are furnished with a sofa, a love seat and tables and chairs in the dining area. The master bedrooms have a king-size or queen-size bed with an adjoining bathroom and shower. Additional rooms have either 1 double bed or 2 twin beds, with at least one shared bathroom and shower. The kitchens are fully equipped with a dishwasher, a cooker, a microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, a toaster, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. A washing machine, an ironing set and a clothes dryer are also provided.

Key collection and registration must be completed at The Realty Shoppe of Pasco, 8726 U.S. Highway 19, Port Richey, Florida 34673. Homes are cleaned prior to arrival, additional cleaning can be arranged and paid for locally. A refundable damage deposit of USD 200 is required upon check in. Check in is from 4 pm.
