"Negatives:
Unfortunately our stay at this hotel was spoilt by lack
of sleep due to noise from a wedding reception at the hotel and the poor
response from management in handling our complaint. As we had an early
flight to catch the next day, we raised a concern about the noise to the
reception desk. Almost every hour reception promised us that the noise
would stop. At one point the receptionist accused us for lying about the
noise! Not very helpful. R
Positives:
The exterior of the hotel
is very impresive. It is situated in a nice neighbourhood. The
restaurants at the hotel are excellent. The pool area is amazing. A
little short of sun loungers, but the pool is massive! Rooms are clean
but not grand. And walls are paper thin.
would recommend visiting
the hotel for the day to use the pool or restaurant rather than booking
a room. If needed to stay then I would check if there were any parties
booked at the hotel and also I would request a quiet room.
"
The best thing about Biltmore Hotel was:"Huge swimming pool and great restaurant!"
The worst thing about Biltmore Hotel was: "Noisey hotel and rude staff"
