Fontainebleau offers numerous features and amenities including a 7th floor outdoor pool, fitness center, coffee bar, express business center, direct beach access, concierge, valet parking, nightly turndown service and Internet access.
Located in our new all suite hotel tower, Studio suites include a king bed, marble bathroom, spacious sitting area and balcony providing sweeping vistas over Biscayne Bay or the Atlantic Ocean. Enhanced amenities include flat screen televisions and kitchenettes.

Two-Bedroom Suites combine a One-Bedroom Suite with a Studio Suite through a private foyer. Each includes two king beds and two queen sofa beds, marble bathrooms, full living and dining area and balconies providing sweeping vistas over Biscayne Bay or the Atlantic Ocean.

Fontainebleau Resorts is making a significant investment in our property, bringing it back to its original status as the premier resort on the Eastern Seaboard.
All of the existing meeting and conference space will be remodeled, plus we are adding an additional 45,000-sq.ft. ballroom. The meeting space will contain state-of-the-art technology.
Reservations for the main tower are being taken.
In order to transform the resort and its meeting and convention facilities, we will undergo a period of major renovations began March 13, 2006. While the construction schedule has not been finalized, we believe that we will reopen our these areas in the second quarter of 2008.
The standard rooms in the Fontainebleau main building are and will remain 450 sq.ft.
This makes them larger than the average Miami Beach hotel room. All-suite hotel accommodations in Fontainebleau Tower II and Fontainebleau Tower III under construction are all at least 500 sq.ft. with the planned deluxe tower to have equally large rooms. All rooms will feature state-of-the-art electronics and technology.
The company is planning to create six new restaurants at the property featuring a variety of celebrity chefs and cuisines.
The Fontainebleau Spa will be the envy of Miami. Fashioned after the great spas of the world, this three-story, 35,000 to 40,000-sq.ft. facility will feature European treatments, steam Jacuzzi, and state-of-the-art fitness facilities all overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
Entertainment will reflect the hip attitude of Fontainebleau. Outdoor concerts will be presented on a year-round basis at the new outdoor concert stage. Nightclubs will also be part of the entertainment offerings.

The Fontainebleau Resort’s $500 million reconstruction and expansion project is in progress.
The original Chateau tower (curved building) is a historical landmark and will be rebuilt with all-new rooms and public areas. The Versailles tower (next to Eden Roc) will be brought down and a new tower will be built in its place.
The convention and meeting centre will be demolished and replaced with a new 240,000-square-foot, state of the art facility.
Fontainebleau Tower is located on the south side of the property and most of the construction will occur towards the northern end. There will be minimal noise and dust to impact on guests.
Construction will require minimal earth-moving equipment but there will be four construction cranes on site and approximately 600 construction workers at the project’s peak
Construction will be visible from most balconies of Fontainebleau Tower, except those facing west towards Biscayne Bay and downtown Miami. East facing ocean-view and north facing balconies will have some views of construction. South facing balconies will have limited views of construction of a new parking garage being built across the street.
Neighboring properties – Eden Roc to the north and Sovereign to the south will be undergoing renovation projects at the same time. It is not expected that these projects will affect Fontainebleau guests.
When complete, the expanded Fontainebleau will include 1800 rooms and suites, a 40,000 square foot world class spa, six restaurants, new entertainment venues, plus new swimming pools and cabanas.
Construction work will take place only during daylight hours, Monday through Saturday. This work is expected to last approximately 24-33 months.
