This hotel is located close to Orlando's attractions: 2 km from Sea World, 4 km from Disney World, 8 km from Universal Studios and 5 km from the Convention Center. Orlando airport lies some 19 km away.

| Room description: |
The apartment complex offers luxurious 2 and 3 room suites dominated by comfort and elegance. A suite with 2 bedrooms includes a king-size bed in one rooms, 2 double beds in the 2nd and a fold-out sofa in the lounge (suites with 3 bedrooms includes 2 further double beds in the 3rd bedroom). A Jacuzzi and a spacious shower are standard in all the suites. In addition, a fully-fitted kitchen including a washing machine and dryer, 37-channel Plasma TV in each lounge and 27-channel widescreen TV in each bedroom as well as a balcony complete the luxury in each room. They also come equipped with Internet access and a hire safe.

The complex features a swimming pool with a pool bar and offers volleyball facilities as well as a gym. On payment of an additional fee, a massage service is available.

| Observations: |
A free \"Light Touch\" takes place daily; this is: Taking the trash out, making the beds,refresh and change towels. No Charge. The sheets will be changed every 3 days, but there is note in the room that indicates that if they want their sheets changed, they need to leave them on top of their beds. If a full daily cleaning upgrade is requested, an additional 18 USD per suite per day applies.

"A dissapointing stay at Floridays Resort

"Me and my husband was quite dissapointed with our 14 night stay at
Floridays Resort in December 2008. The first thing we noticed having
stayed at a few resorts in Florida is there is no security check point
on entering Floridays resort which means anyone can have access to
wander around which did not make us feel very safe, also on checking in
we were told that we would be charged 5 dollars a day for so called self
parking and house keeping payable at the end of your stay which are free
in other resorts. When we arrived at our allocated apartment I opened
the patio doors to be met with a veiw of the car park I phoned reception
and explained that we had paid alot of money to stay at Floridays and if
I wanted to look at a car park I would have stayed at home in London,
her reply to this was the veiw is not garenteed!. We then moved to
another apartment with a veiw of a lake which I was pleased with. The
facilities in the apartment are good and house keeping is regular but a
big issue for me was I like to sit out on the balcony in the morning and
evening and there is no netting so you have all sorts of insects and
spiders around you and because of this you cant leave the patio doors
open. If none of these issues bother you then you will be fine as
everything else is okay and its clean. Sorry to go on but me and my
husband wont be staying at Floridays again!
