This brand new stunning property is situated on beautiful Lake Bryan just 1 mile from Walt Disney World. The one and two bedroom self-catering condo units all have balconies overlooking the lake.

Location:

This property is located in the center of everything. Just 1 mile from Disney and 2 miles from Seaworld and Universal. There are loads of restaurants and fantastic shopping within close proximity to the hotel.

Room description:

The one and two bedroom units have full kitchens, large master bedrooms with soaking tubs, 9 foot ceilings, carpet in the bedrooms and tile in the kitchen, dinging and living rooms. There is a set of bunk beds for the children. There are ceiling fans, large TVs and other homey touches that make these condo/townhomes the ideal choice in Central Florida.

Sports/Entertainment:

The hotel is located on a beautiful, spring-fead lake with loads of watersports activities available. In addition, there is a beautiful free form pool and each annex on property has its own workout facility.

Observations:

Free: Parking. Resort fee of about 6 USD payable locally to the resort per room per night. Cleaning fee applies payable direct to the hotel, 1 bedroom is about 70 USD plus tax and 2 bedroom is about 85 USD plus tax.
